Should You Buy Stocks in a Bear Market?

In today’s video, I share my thoughts on how to buy stocks in a bear market. There are a few different strategies to consider, such as periodic dollar-cost averaging into something simple like Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (NYSEMKT: VOO) or using technical analysis to back your way into a hypergrowth stock like Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW).
